Vintage Winter and TCR layout

My turn to host the Sunday that I am sharing with Sharon.

In my family every year for Christmas we make a gingerbread house. It is the same style every year, unless you do your own, and you can buy them pre made but you need to put it together with melted sugar. And every year I tend to burn myself on the sugar. So this year I bought the kit but instead of putting it together I used it as a template and made a house out of Vintage Winter papers. And the kids ate the gingerbread house once I had used it:-)

To create the roof I made strips that I then punched with an edge punch and for the windows a I used gelatin sheets. I stamped with Maja Design Vintage Snowman and then used the birdhouse and the heart from there that I colored with Promakers. I also made a layout with the wonderful Vintage Winter papers.

Time for some summer now. As Jenny Mentioned this week’s theme at The Color Room is Life by the Sea. This is what I created for  TCR and Palette #99.

Have a great Sunday everyone!
